The Ultimate Living Room Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 16, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of TVGuide.com, IKEA North America Services, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families of each, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law.
To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the online official entry form in its entirety and click on the submit button. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2009. Limit: one entry per person per day. Entries with duplicate email addresses, multiple entries using different email addresses or under multiple identities or through the use of any other robotic device or artifice to enter multiple times for an individual per day will be deemed invalid. If any entrant attempts to enter the Sweepstakes more than once per day, all entries tied back to that entrant may be disqualified in the sweepstakes drawing. Entries become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsor is not responsible for telephone or computer equipment failure, or for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, altered, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries.
The winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted on or about January 5, 2010 by Sponsor’s representative(s) (“judges”) whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by mail and/or email and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within 10 days of date printed on notification or s/he will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. If an Affidavit or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. No substitutions for prize, except the Sponsor may substitute prize with one of equal or greater retail value. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If an eligible winner is deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to execute Affidavit on minor’s behalf. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any.
One Grand Prize: Winner will receive a 42” Flat Screen TV (approximate retail value: $1,000) and $2,000 IKEA Gift Card to be used towards the purchase of IKEA products at any IKEA retailer in the 50 United States and District of Columbia or by phone at (800-434-4532) IKEA Direct Home Shopping. To find an IKEA retailer nearest to you, please visit www.IKEA-USA.com. Some products may require assembly. Gift card is subject to IKEA gift card terms and conditions. Total value of Grand Prize: $3,000.00. Taxes or any other incidentals, including the installation of the TV is not included in the prize and are winner’s sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
Participating Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and hereby agree to release TVGuide.com, IKEA North America Services, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents (each, a “Releasee”) from and against all claims or liabilities relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use or misuse of the prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by (i) these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other companies concerned with this Sweepstakes and their respective agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions or fitness of any aspects of the prize, except that the TV prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty.

Privacy Policy: The information provided by entrants to participate in the Sweepstakes is subject to TVGuide.com’s and IKEA North America Services’ privacy policies located at www.tvguide.com and www.IKEA-USA.com.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that neither the Sponsor, nor any other Releasee, shall be responsible for: (i) any injury or damages to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes; or (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or for late, lost, damage, misdirected entries or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. In the event the Sweepstakes is, in the opinion of the Sponsor, compromised by a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select winner from all eligible entries received prior to termination.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
